We would like to take an opportunity to introduce Allegiance Financial, a new entrant in the financial services. The company is founded by erstwhile founders of India business of a Fortune 250 Company, offering financial planning services to India consumers during the period 2011 to 2014. At the beginning of our tenure with this company, we were asked to unlearn everything about ‘how to offer financial services’ learned till the beginning of career with this company. We went through unwinding of complete thought process and were made to understand what the financial planning is in true sense. The new thought process introduced a concept of offering unbiased products and services to consumers irrespective of the revenues made by the company. The concept resonated very well with the clients with a new ray of hope as we were treated as their true well-wishers and not as mere salesmen.

However, at the beginning of 2015 subsequent to some corporate arrangement, the clients of this company were migrated to one of the leading domestic non-bank financial company along with employees. In the new set-up, it was an uphill task to maintain and continue with the same concept to existing as well as new clients, without taking into account if the recommendations are benefiting the organization in achieving their targets in the short run. The continuous northward movement of performance expectation was pushing us to work like Salesmen instead of Financial Advisor. Unfortunately, all organizations (banking as well as NBFC) in financial services sphere are working incessantly with the only objective of maximizing revenue i.e. sell only those products or services which gives maximum benefit to company irrespective whether the products or services meet consumers’ needs and goals.
We finally took a plunge from this endless journey of Salesmanship and formed Allegiance Financial to work as Financial Advisors in the true spirit offering unbiased advice to consumer’s basis their needs and goals. We will be following the approach of offering only those products and services which our company believes are in best interest of the consumers. All recommended products and services undergo rigorous due-diligence process to ensure only best out of the lot reaches the consumer.
To ensure that Allegiance Financial cater to the financial planning needs of all segments of clients, we have tied up with more than 70 service providers offering Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Protection solutions*, Real Estate Advisory, Mortgages, Family office, Legacy planning and Tax planning. Presently, we have our registered and corporate office in Delhi/NCR and Pune, will be having our presence in Bangalore and Mumbai shortly.

- Ajay an overall experience of 20+years in Banking, Wealth Management and Finance Operations. As an Operations head, he plays a key role in setting up the backend operations including technology and products. He is responsible to ensure all client data is correctly processed and reported. He is also responsible to ensure all the available products are verified on all parameters and only appropriate products are made available to the clients.
Prior to his current role, he held senior positions in wealth management and banking industry. He was instrumental in building the initial setup of Operations in Kotak Wealth Management (One of the largest wealth management setup in India) and SMC Wealth Management (JV with Sanlam, South Africa). Prior to this, he worked for GE Capital in Finance CoE.
AAKASH
Aakash is having a rich experience of 15 years in the field of Investment Advisory ,Private Wealth Management and Financial Planning . He has handled leading roles in companies like- IndiaInfoline , ICICI Prudential , Finnovate Financial Services and SMC Wealth Management.
His mission is to create financial awareness amongst more and more people by imparting best and genuine advisory and having a life time bond with the ‘Investor Family’.
